Last night I went out with my partner and I enjoyed a lovely steak dinner. Unbeknownst to me, in the peppercorn sauce was evidently flour; as for most of the night I suffered with a swollen abdomen and I was rolling around in pain. I was out of balance.
Humans are complex organisms made up of trillions of cells, each with their own structure and function.
When the body becomes out of balance it displays itself in our health. It will take me a few days to get back on track again after inadvertently eating wheat. But I always know when I do, as it makes me sick. Twenty four hours a day, our bodies are constantly creating balance.
The main concern as our body tries to keep in balance is keeping the immune system strong against pathogens. How many disease causing viruses live within us and how strong is our immune system.
People are often led to believe their body is fighting against them. I disagree and I know our food has been interfered with on a mass scale and we are living today surrounded by toxins. It is very much like the Matrix, if you have seen this excellent movie. We can go on living in ignorance, thinking the big food corporations and scientists are on the side of our health. Or we can see the truth, which is they are not, they are on the side of making large profits and we as humans are their guinea pigs. Today’s answer is not prevention, but cure sadly.
You only have to look around at the ever growing amount of people who suffer with a chronic illness or who are allergic to their food. Doctors do not hold the answers, they certainly don’t for my head and I would seriously question if they do for you, if you are suffering a chronic illness with no known cure, such as ME, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Celiac disease and so forth. The list is getting longer and longer.
Why have these illnesses burst into our world in the last couple of centuries? What is the food we are eating and how is it grown and sourced? What has been done to our food? Eggs in particular and our wheat?
The only way to keep on top of this continual warfare on our liver is to keep cleansing and to be mindful of what we eat.
More and more people are learning the truth and as a consequence are being set free from years of pain and suffering.
The liver is where problems take root as unproductive bacteria, viruses, mold and toxins move in and getting our liver healthy by cleansing it in the right way, will help us to heal.
Liver care is the real key to creating health in the rest of your body, and cleansing is the ultimate liver care. Only when we remove these toxins out of our body do we take ourselves to a better place in our health.
