Thank you to my growing number of followers

I am happy to report I have reached 84 followers. It seemed only yesterday I was at 40+ and then after my ‘Single supplements are best’ article, the list has exploded. I am so grateful to each and every one of you.

It is a very special community on here and one I am proud to be a part of.

I started this blog with my friend Melody in the summer of this year. Her help was invaluable, as this was a world I knew little about. So thank you Melody, a big shout out to you my friend.

I really wanted to share my life lessons, particularly around health and physical illness and I was unsure of what forum to do this on. I had looked at writing a blog in the past, but I had neither the time or the inclination. Lockdown gave me that perfect opportunity.

We are all on a journey and health is of paramount importance, particularly now with the pandemic we find ourselves in.

I would love to hear from you if you can recommend any blogs you think I may enjoy reading? I like health blogs, physical and mental health, art, drama, travelling, trekking and anything quirky.

I will endeavour to keep sharing and in the meantime, stay safe and stay well.
